Koa Kava Refund & Return Policy

1. Overview

We want you to love your Koa Kava experience. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help. You have 30 days from your purchase date to request a return or refund. If more than 30 days have passed, please still reach out — we’ll do our best to make it right.


2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused and in the same condition that you received it

  • Be in the original packaging

  • Include a receipt or proof of purchase

Opened or partially used kava cannot be returned, but please contact us, we may be able to offer a replacement or credit depending on the situation.


3. Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Perishable or opened goods (for example, opened kava bags)

  • Gift cards or downloadable products

  • Health and personal-care items marked as non-returnable


4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email.
If approved, your refund will be applied to your original payment method within a few business days.
If you haven’t received your refund yet, check with your bank or card provider, as processing times may vary.


5. Replacements
