Best I've had yet. So easy to make, kind of fun especially knowing what's coming. So much better than messing with a kava bar and the expense of that.

I really like this. I find it heady and easy to go down. Reasonable potency for cost.
Tried one spoonful after breakfast. I think I felt a little calmer after 20 minutes, but I might have a placebo effect. Later that day I had a terrible headache around dinner time, and I felt a little woozy. I never get headaches. Later I read that kava isn't great for your kidneys. It went in the trash. Not worth feeling a mild calm if it gives you a hangover and is unhealthy for your kidneys.
This is my go-to! I've tried many strains, and other companies, but I always come back for this. The strength and effects are superior to anything else for me!

I want to start off by saying this instant kava really is SO convenient. Flavor is a lot more mild than traditional kava. Do I think it’s worth how expensive it is? I do not. I had 3 servings of this instant kava and still didn’t seem nearly as potent/strong as 1 serving of traditional kava. Love this company tho!! Hopefully this helps (:
It tastes worse than other kava I’ve tried (not that any of them taste good), but the calming effect is worth it. I make x it with coconut water, which greatly improves the taste and replenishes electrolytes lost by consuming kava. Always drink lots of water when using kava.
The instant variety works much better for me, and it’s super easy. Good price when combined with subscription. Recommended!!
I have been drinking kawa for many years and I know good kawa. This kawa is excellent. Smooth and strong. I like the Tongan, looking forward to trying the Fijian.
I really liked this one! It made me feel good and mixed to a nice dark brown. Great for relaxing before bed without being totally knocked out haha
Great tasting balanced Kava. Overall a pretty mild tasting kava with less mouth numbing and peppery taste than some heavier strains. I’ve found this is best brewed with a mesh strainer bag, soaked for 5 minutes then kneaded for another 5. Definitely worth doing a second wash on this kava. Effect is calming yet clear at the 3 tbs without being overly sedative. Potency is good, but not overly strong making it a good daytime experience. Although I prefer very heavy kava this one hits the sweet spot for some daytime and evening relaxation!
Took me some figuring out but it works by massaging it while in a bowl is what I figured out.
When I decided to try kava the prep seemed too complicated. So when I found the dehydrated it seemed like a no brainer. I've been ordering it ever since. It helps me sleep and is a natural product so it doesn't hurt my body the way sleep meds might. Thx for offering this dehydrated brew. It makes it so easy to enjoy the benefits of kava.
Felt nothing besides the numbness for about 30 seconds and thats about it.
I’ve tried many, many Kavas over the years. This is by far my favorite. More uplifting rather than sedating. Terrific for socializing or when I just want a nice lift after work. Some kavas knock my out, and that has its place, but for relaxation without making too sedating this is my go to after work.

I have tried all the Kao Kava products and for me brewing your own tea provides the best and most substantial effects. The dehydrated version is weak and I would need to use a lot more product. It may be due to the fact it is green Kava Root. I find, for me, the premium Tonga Kava Powered provides optimal results of a non drowsy, calming of my thoughts, and with happy vibes.
I've tried several brands of kava over the last 13 years or so and this is by far the best quality AND the best pricing. I'm definitely a lifetime customer. I first found this brand on Amazon but their original website is the way to go!
After purchasing some very weak kava from other vendors, I was pleasantly surprised by this stuff. It was strong and didn't have too bad of a flavor. I will definitely purchase again!
