Koa Kava Shipping Policy

1. Processing Time

Orders placed before 11:00 a.m. (local time) are typically processed and shipped the same business day.
Orders placed after 11:00 a.m., on Fridays, weekends, or on holidays will ship the next business day.

During high-volume times (such as product launches or sales), please allow an additional 1–2 business days for processing.


2. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on:

  • The number of products ordered

  • Total package weight

  • Shipping destination and carrier service

All prices are listed in USD. You’ll see your shipping cost before finalizing your purchase.


3. Shipping Methods

We ship using trusted carriers including:

  • USPS (First Class, Priority, and Express options)

  • UPS and FedEx (where available)

You’ll be able to choose your preferred method at checkout.
Please note that USPS First Class is the most affordable option but does not always include full tracking or insurance. For faster or insured delivery, select Priority or Express.


4. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear after your package has been scanned by the carrier.

If you haven’t received your tracking email, check your spam or promotions folder.


5. Delivered Packages

If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received your package:

  • Check with household members, neighbors, or your local post office.

  • Wait 48 hours — carriers sometimes mark items as delivered early.
    If your order is still missing after that, contact us at [your email] and we’ll help you sort it out.

While Koa Kava is not responsible for packages after they are marked as delivered, we’ll always do our best to assist and make it right.


6. International Orders

We currently ship to select international destinations.
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or local fees required by their country.
Please verify your country’s regulations before ordering kava products.
Koa Kava is not responsible for shipments delayed, seized, or rejected by customs.


7. Backorders and Split Shipments

If part of your order is on backorder, we’ll ship available items immediately and the rest as soon as stock arrives — at no additional cost.
You’ll receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment.


8. Address Changes and Errors

If you entered an incorrect shipping address, contact us immediately at [your email].
If the order has not yet shipped, we’ll update it.
If it has already shipped, we can reship to the correct address once the package is returned or offer a discounted reshipment.
